About Us

Susan P. Preston has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 1986. She graduated from Rutgers Law School ( Newark) in 1986, and from Columbia University School of International Affairs with a specialization in International Economics and African Studies. She practiced law specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and buying and selling businesses from a few million dollars up to the sale of a fortune 500 company. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Drew University.

Ms. Preston served US District Court Judge Dickinson Debevoise, (3rd Circuit) as a judicial intern in 1985. She was Executive Editor of the Rutgers University School of Law Women's Rights Law Reporter in 1985.

She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO).

She was the Keynote speaker at the NJAWBO Morris County Dinner at the Parsippany Hilton on the subject of Exit Strategies for Business Owners. The Powerpoint presentation used in the presentation is available upon request.
